Food Groups Activity

Hello everyone. This week I created a coloring page for going over the fruit and vegetable food groups. I used Canva to create this coloring page and it was very easy to use. I can definitely see myself using this website in the future for other school projects and for my teaching career. You can check out my teacher blog post here to see my coloring page.

Summary of Learning

Taking this course, Principles of Instructional Technologies, has really showed me how much effect I can have on my students. I've learned about so many new technology tools that I had never heard of before that could really benefit me in the future. I've also read about important topics related to technology like a Professional Learning Network and about digital citizenship. Food Groups!

Hello all. This week I created a resource to teach food groups to kids. I found images and used Microsoft Word to create an image to upload to Thinglink . Although the free version of Thinglink is very limiting I worked around it. I used information from the MyPlate teacher resources website  to create my Thinglink. Healthy vs. Unhealthy Foods Activity

Hello everyone. This week I created a Quizlet  to test students' knowledge on the difference between healthy and unhealthy foods.
